Ten years ago when I was in culinary school In Ireland, I saw these words every day on a poster that hung in the kitchen. Now, more than ever, these words apply to our everyday lives.
But oh boy! Do we ever miss seeing our fabulous customers during this unfathomable time? Adrian and I continue to cook up a storm as this is what we love to do, believing that cooking is love made edible! More than anything right now, we want to continue to do what we love — feeding our From Scratch family well, bearing in mind that all our lives have changed so much in only a couple of short weeks.
As we take the words above to heart, we are indeed intent on carrying on!
Starting next Monday, April 6th, From Scratch will deliver to your door in Invermere, Fairmont, and Canal Flats.
MADE FROM SCRATCH COMFORT MEAL BOX
Each delicious box contains our choices of 2 frozen entrees meals (4 portions per meal), 2 of our well-loved condiments & a selection of BC produced foods ranging from salt to tea, coffee, honey, chocolate, salsa or pickles.
We will balance the boxes out week to week to ensure you get a full pantry of our delicious products and other BC and regionally made foods.
At any time you can request additions to your order.
The deadline for orders will be Monday each week. Deliveries on Tuesday.
Cost: $85.00 per box per week.
Additionally, as we recognize the growing need in our community, From Scratch will ‘Pay it Forward’ by writing a cheque to the Food Bank for 10% of proceeds.
Remember you have survived 100% of your worst days. This too shall pass.
