From Scratch is SO pleased to now see our line of prepared foods at Kootenay Coop in Nelson, BC.

Lara and Adrian recently had the pleasure of providing a food demonstration at the incomparable Kootenay Coop in Nelson, BC. Such a treat to share our grocery line of frozen entrees, condiments, and spice mixes with the people of the West Kootenay!

As we are keen to do with any new supplier of our products, cooking class, or kitchen party — or just serving food in the restaurant every day! — any opportunity to share our vision and passion for excellence in food and service is a welcome one. It’s also another opportunity for Lara and Adrian to become food educators, helping to take the apprehension and doubt out of preparing good food.
